[ Elsa has never seen a dragon. She knows they exist beyond stories and she certainly hopes her new travels will introduce her to one. Actually, she and Anna got into a very long late night conversation about dragons and whether or not it was safe to ride on one. Of course, Elsa cautioned her against it, until she had training of sorts, which shouldn't be terribly difficult being in their position. She knows that sometimes Anna lacks grace and balance, but it would not do to guard her closely just as her parents guarded Elsa when they were alive,
Until they can find a dragon and a dragon riding instructor, Elsa has a few ideas to lift Anna's spirits. That is why she is outside this morning, dressed in pale blues as always, almost floating over the freshly fallen snow and hardly leaving footprints in her wake. With an impish grin, the Queen extends her arms, willing the snow to lift itself up, and she raises her hands, beginning to form the head of the dragon. ]
